In the heart of Perley Health providing services to residents of all ages throughout the National Capital region, The Care Clinic at Perley Health is a beacon of support and compassion serving a broad spectrum of care needs for seniors, Veterans, adults and children of all ages.

For more than eight years, our devoted team at Perley Health has proudly served the 600 Seniors and Veterans residing within the the long-term care residences, independent apartments, and the surrounding communities of Riverside South and Alta Vista.

Formerly named the Interprofessional Clinic and managed by Ontario Partners in Health, on January 1, 2024, Perley Health assumed full management of the clinic and renamed it The Care Clinic at Perley Health. The change will enhance the integration of services for our community and enable the re-introduction of massage-therapy services.
